Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Follow up with customers regarding services and feedback.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
