Role Overview

We are seeking a vibrant, empathetic, and highly articulate Female Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the primary, single point of contact for our valued B2B clients (Jewellery Retailers, Store Owners, and Purchase Managers).


The ideal candidate is a true people's person—someone who naturally connects with others, builds deep trust, and thrives on human interaction. Because you will hold a strong, positive relationship with our clients, you will also be responsible for handling sensitive matters like payment collections and followups with a polite yet firm approach. You will independently problem solve while seamlessly coordinating with internal teams to deliver a flawless service experience.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Single Point of Contact: Act as the dedicated, goto person for all existing jewellery retail clients, addressing their needs, orders, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  2. Relationship Management: Proactively engage with retail store owners and purchase managers to understand their ongoing requirements and build long term loyalty.
  3. Payment Followups & Collections: Leverage your strong client relationships to gently but effectively follow up on outstanding invoices, track payment timelines, and ensure timely collections without damaging the client relationship.
  4. First Level Problem Solving: Independently assess, troubleshoot, and resolve client queries regarding products, shipments, or billing before escalating.
  5. Internal Liaison: Effectively collaborate with and route complex queries to the right internal departments (e.g., Accounts, Design, Logistics), ensuring a smooth feedback loop for the client.


Mandatory Language Requirements

Please Note: Absolute fluency in the following languages is a mandatory prerequisite for this role. Candidates will be assessed on their multilingual communication skills

during the interview process.

  • English (Fluent Spoken & Written)
  • Tamil and / or Malayalam (Fluent Spoken)


Qualifications & Key Skills

Personality: A genuine person with high emotional intelligence, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a welcoming personality.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Key Account Management, or Client Servicing. Experience handling payment followups or accounts receivable in a B2B environment is highly preferred.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polite, empathetic, and persuasive demeanor (crucial for balance during payment conversations).

Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to handle high pressure situations and difficult conversations gracefully.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM software or communication tools.
