Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Experience: 0–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet customers for onboarding, KYC, and product activation.
- Demonstrate financial and travel-related products to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Generate referrals through customer engagement.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Customer-facing experience in sales or service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
