Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Experience: 0–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet customers for onboarding, KYC, and product activation.
  • Demonstrate financial and travel-related products to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Generate referrals through customer engagement.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
  • Customer-facing experience in sales or service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
