Job Description

  1. Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  3. Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support.
  5. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  7. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
  8. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
  9. Meet daily performance targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
  10. Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
