Job Opening: Customer Service Executive (CSE) Voice Process
Location: Malad / Thane
Work Mode: Work from Office
Process Type: International Voice Process (US / UK / Australian Shifts)
Salary Range: 17,000- 40,000 per month (based on experience & communication skills)
Eligibility: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills OR candidates with 6+ months of international voice experience
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team as Customer Service Executives (CSE). The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering outstanding service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain customer interaction records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Collaborate with team leaders and support departments to improve customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Confidence and clarity over phone communication.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle night shifts and rotational schedules.
Basic computer and typing skills.
