Job Description

Strong Communication Skills – Able to clearly and patiently communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their issues are understood and addressed effectively. Handel Inbound and Outbound customers.

Problem-Solving Abilities – Skilled in quickly identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Empathy and Patience – Demonstrates understanding and care when dealing with frustrated or confused customers, creating a positive support experience.

Product Knowledge – Maintains in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Team Collaboration and Adaptability – Works well with support team members and adapts to changing tools, processes, or customer needs in a dynamic environment.
