Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Care Manager to oversee customer service operations, manage delivery staff, and ensure smooth coordination of retail and hospital deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, follow-up, and reporting skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage customer service staff and delivery personnel.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone calls, emails, and direct interactions.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, order confirmations, and customer communications.
  • Coordinate retail and hospital deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and maintain effective communication with delivery staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt problem resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and service activities.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service and delivery performance.
  • Follow up on pending orders, payments, customer requirements, and delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Support inventory and operational coordination when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or administration.
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP is preferred.
  • Strong email communication and documentation skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling abilities.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and team management skills.
  • Strong follow-up and reporting capabilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email management.
