Job Role – Customer Service Executive (Voice & Chat)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer queries through phone calls (voice support) and chat support.
2. Respond to order, delivery, return, refund, and product-related questions.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
4. Provide accurate and timely updates to customers.
5. Maintain records of customer interactions in the helpdesk system.
6. Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
7. Meet response-time and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or e-commerce support.
2. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
3. Comfortable handling both voice calls and chat conversations.
4. Basic knowledge of e-commerce portals, order tracking, and courier coordination.
5. Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk or order management software is preferred.
6. Basic MS Excel knowledge and good typing speed.
