Customer Support Executive (Domestic & International Voice Process)
Location: Malad & Thane, Mumbai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹34,500 per month (Fixed)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic and International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
* Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
* Meet and exceed performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and resolution rates.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
* 0–3 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or related fields.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
* Strong verbal communication skills in English.
* Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working in a 6-day work week environment.
