About the RoleSammmm is looking to hire 2–3 enthusiastic female Customer Relationship Executives to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, skincare, and makeup, with excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake order confirmation calls to customers
• Handle RTO and delivery-related calls
• Conduct customer feedback calls
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support customer retention and engagement initiatives
• RequirementsFemale candidates only
• Age: 20–25 years
• Strong verbal communication skills
• English is mandatory
• Must know at least one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Freshers with exceptional knowledge of beauty, skincare, and makeup may also be considered
• Comfortable working from the Mumbai office (On-site)
• Preferred ProfilePassionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
• Customer-focused with a friendly and engaging personality
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
