About the role: We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven Interns to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will interact with customers to collect feedback on the company products and handle negative feedback by resolving customer concerns through calls, WhatsApp messages and Facebook messaging. You will play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall service quality.
Specifically, this role will involve:
● Contacting customers through WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and Facebook messaging to collect feedback on purchased products and services
● Handling negative feedback by understanding customer concerns and resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner
● Maintaining proper records of customer feedback and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers
● Supporting the Quality Team in identifying recurring issues and improving customer satisfaction
● Ensuring timely follow-ups with customers to confirm issue resolution
● Maintaining polite, empathetic, and professional communication with customers at all times
An ideal candidate will have:
● Confidence in communicating with customers through WhatsApp, calls, and Facebook messaging
● Strong communication skills (Hindi & English both)
● Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns quickly
● Patience and professionalism while handling customer complaints or negative feedback
● A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new processes
