Customer Care Executive

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers after account opening, loan disbursement, credit card issuance, or other banking services.

Collect customer feedback regarding banking products and services.

Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.

Provide timely updates to customers regarding their service requests and complaints.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, and other channels.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up and feedback reports.

Support customer retention initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.

Assist in identifying service improvement opportunities based on customer feedback.
