Customer Care Executive

Metalex Cryogenics Ltd. is a 50+ year old industrial refrigeration company manufacturing ammonia refrigeration compressors, ice machines, pressure vessels, evaporative condensers and complete refrigeration solutions for cold storages, ice plants, dairy, seafood, pharma, food processing and other industries.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can understand technical products, speak to industrial customers, generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads from cold storages, ice plants, dairies, seafood plants, food processing units, consultants and contractors.
• Visit customers, understand their refrigeration requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
• Promote Metalex products such as ammonia compressors, ice machines, refrigeration equipment, valves, pressure vessels and related solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and client inquiries.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email and site visits.
• Build relationships with plant owners, consultants, contractors, purchase teams and project teams.
• Coordinate internally with design, service, production and dispatch teams.
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update customer data in CRM/SAP if required.
• Support exhibitions, roadshows and marketing activities when needed.
• Candidate RequirementsDiploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Refrigeration, HVAC, Production or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, pumps, valves, machinery or engineering products.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and mechanical interest may also apply.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and industrial customer meetings.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment will be preferred.
• Must be eager to learn niche products like ammonia refrigeration systems and industrial compressors.
• Knowledge of cold storage, ice plants, HVAC or refrigeration industry is a plus.
