Job Description

Job Role Summary:

Outbound Sales Executive responsible for calling potential customers, explaining personal loan and credit card products, and generating leads. Candidates with average to good communication skills can apply. The role involves follow-ups, achieving targets, and maintaining customer records in the system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
  • Explain loan / credit card features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
  • Generate leads and convince customers for further processing
  • Maintain proper follow-ups with interested customers
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Update call details and customer information in the system (CRM)
  • Handle customer queries in a professional and polite manner
