Job Description

Key Responsibilities


* Make outbound calls to prospective property owners.

* Understand customer requirements and identify potential rental/resale opportunities.

* Explain Lease-It’s services clearly and professionally.

* Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.

* Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records.

* Follow up with interested customers to improve appointment conversions.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets.


What We’re Looking For


* 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, real estate, BFSI, or customer acquisition preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

* Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

* Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

* Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets/CRM is an advantage.
