What you’ll do: Book and track orders, follow up on grey and finish timelines, coordinate dispatches, resolve quality and short-supply complaints, and keep our dealers and distributors informed before they have to ask.
What we’re looking for: 2–5 years in textile or B2B sales support, solid Excel skills, ERP comfort, fluency in Hindi and English, and genuine patience for follow-ups. Knowledge of shirting trade terms is a big plus.
Location: On-site, Lower Parel, Mumbai
