Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive+cafe Staff who are passionate about retail operations and creating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-groomed, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail and café environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM) standards of the retail store and café.
• Ensure a 5-star experience for every walk-in customer.
• Oversee fruits and vegetables receiving, quality assurance (QA)
• Assist in culinary and café operations as required.
• Conduct cyclic SKU counts daily to prevent inventory losses.
• Support brand promotions and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat purchases.
• Achieve daily and monthly stores as well as individual sales targets.
• Other RequirementsMust be well-groomed with a neat and professional appearance.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, Ownership and attention to detail.
• Should be open to flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and festive seasons.
• Able to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
• Comfortable with standing or moving for extended hours during store operations.
