We are looking for an experienced and passionate Continental Chef who can take ownership of kitchen operations and grow with our brand.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🥗 Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare high-quality Continental dishes, international salads, healthy bowls, sandwiches, wraps and rolls.

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, dressings and other components required for daily production.

• Prepare cold coffee and other healthy/cold beverages as required.

• Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes and preparation methods.

📊 Menu & Recipe Management

• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation across all orders.

• Follow calorie-conscious and healthy-food preparation guidelines.

• Assist in developing and improving recipes and new menu items.

• Ensure proper portion control and consistent ingredient usage.

👨‍🍳 Kitchen Operations

• Manage daily kitchen setup and mise en place.

• Organize food preparation and assembly for delivery orders.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order completion.

• Maintain an organized and efficient production workflow during peak hours.

📦 Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor daily stock of vegetables, proteins, sauces, dairy products and other ingredients.

• Ensure proper storage and freshness of food items.

• Minimize food wastage through proper preparation and portion control.

• Inform management about stock requirements and shortages.

🧼 Hygiene & Food Safety

• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

• Follow food safety and proper food-storage practices.

• Ensure workstations, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned regularly.

• Prevent cross-contamination and maintain safe food-handling practices.

⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a hands-on Continental Chef with minimum 5 years of experience, preferably someone who has worked in a cloud kitchen, healthy food kitchen, café, QSR, restaurant, or similar food-production environment.

The candidate should be confident in preparing international salads, Continental food, wraps & rolls, sandwiches, healthy bowls and cold beverages, while maintaining consistency, hygiene and portion control.

💰 SALARY

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
