Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance documents, licenses & records.
- Track license renewals and expiry dates.
- Assist with audits and compliance reports.
- Maintain compliance trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with different departments for required documents.
- Identify compliance gaps and escalate issues.
- Ensure company policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Support the senior compliance team in day-to-day activities.
Skills
- Looking for in a Fresher B.A. graduate in any subject
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn compliance laws and regulations
- Marathi communication is mandatory as the role requires coordination with Maharashtra outlets
