Compliance Executive

MCM BPO Pvt Ltd is hiring a Compliance Executive (1–2 years experience) to take end-to-end ownership of all compliance for the company, website, and internal tools. The role covers statutory compliance (ROC, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishment), telecom and BPO-specific compliance (DoT OSP registration, TRAI TCCCPR 2018, DLT registration on BSNL/Vilpower/Tanla — PE, Header, Content Template, PE-TM binding), data protection under the DPDP Act 2023 and IT Act 2000, website legal pages (Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookies, Disclaimer), and licensing/DPA review of all SaaS tools used by the company. You'll also draft policies, SOPs, board resolutions, and LOAs, coordinate with our CA/CS/legal consultants, review client NDAs and MSAs, and keep MCM BPO audit-ready at all times
