Role & responsibilities

We are looking experienced Kitchen Assistant / Commi I, II, III / Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the culinary industry in Bakery & Pastry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Develop new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
• Implement effective inventory management systems.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commi or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
