Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Commi 2 to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist CDP and senior chefs with daily food preparation.
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, marinades, and basic dishes as instructed.
  • Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.
  • Support the team during busy service periods.
  • Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and properly maintained.
