Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection & Write-Off Executive to handle overdue, delinquent, and written-off accounts. The candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding dues through customer follow-ups, negotiations, field visits, and effective recovery strategies.

1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle written-off, overdue, and delinquent loan accounts.
2. Contact customers through calls and field visits to recover outstanding payments.
3. Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and repayment commitments.
4. Negotiate with customers for settlement and payment arrangements as per company policy.
5. Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
6. Handle difficult customer cases and resolve payment-related issues professionally.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and recovery updates.
8. Prepare daily collection reports and submit performance updates to the reporting manager.
9. Identify high-risk and non-responsive accounts and take appropriate recovery action.
10. Coordinate with the collection team and management for effective recovery.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and fair collection practices.
12. Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the recovery process.

• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Collection or Recovery.
• Prior experience in write-off recovery will be preferred.
• Graduate or HSC qualified candidates can apply.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
