Job Description

- Handle outbound collection calls for overdue loan/EMI payments

- Follow up with customers and negotiate payment commitments

- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues

- Maintain accurate call records and update collection status in the system

- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines

- Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and issue resolution
