About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Closing Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in handling site visits, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful bookings.


Key Responsibilities


  • ⁠ ⁠Handle and close high-intent customer leads.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct property presentations and site visits.
  • ⁠ ⁠Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment options.
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • ⁠ ⁠Negotiate and finalize deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth closures.
  • ⁠ ⁠Maintain CRM records and ensure timely customer communication.
  • ⁠ ⁠Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • ⁠ ⁠1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Closing, or Direct Sales.
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong communication , Quality Calls ,negotiation skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Experience in handling site visits and customer meetings.
  • ⁠ ⁠Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
  • ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market will be an added advantage.
