*Salary:* ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
*About the Role*
We are looking for a highly polished, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Concierge Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales capabilities, and the ability to create a seamless and elevated customer experience.
This role requires someone who is confident, proactive, organized, and capable of managing client relationships while driving sales and ensuring exceptional service standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle client inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Assist clients with product recommendations and order placements
Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery
Maintain detailed client records and follow-ups
Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure a premium and personalized customer experience at all touchpoints
*Requirements:*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Prior experience in client servicing, luxury retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism and confidence
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and convert inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business
Preferred Qualities
Well-groomed and presentable
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Passion for luxury, gifting, hospitality, or premium experiences
Experience
