Client Sales Officer

We are hiring Client Sales Officers for a field sales role in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers from assigned areas.
• Conduct area surveys and identify potential borrowers.
• Promote group loan products through customer meetings and field visits.
• Identify and onboard new borrowers and assist with group formation.
• Explain loan products, repayment terms and processes to customers.
• Collect and verify KYC and required documents.
• Support loan application and documentation processes.
• Support loan disbursement and ensure customers understand repayment schedules.
• Follow up with delinquent customers.
• Maintain proper customer records and complete daily reporting.
• Travel within the assigned field area as required.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass.

Freshers can be considered.

Experienced candidates should have minimum 1 year of experience.

Field Sales background preferred.

Basic computer knowledge and basic email-writing skills.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Good numerical and analytical ability.

Comfortable with field work and local travel.

Bike + valid driving licence preferred; public transport candidates can also be considered.

Weekly Off: Sunday & 4th Saturday

Travel Allowance: ₹100/day, maximum ₹3,500/month

Freshers: ₹19,100 CTC (Take-home approx. ₹14,800)

Experienced: Up to ₹21,000 CTC

No joining fee or deposit
