We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer inquiries, explain our wellness services, handle bookings, and build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities

● Attend incoming WhatsApp messages and phone calls.

● Explain our home wellness and massage services to customers.

● Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

● Follow up with prospective customers regularly.

● Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists.

● Maintain customer records and booking details.

● Handle customer queries professionally and ensure excellent service.

Eligibility

● Minimum 12th Pass.

● Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

● Good knowledge of Mumbai geography for booking coordination.

● Customer-focused, confident, and well-organized.

Preferred

● Experience in customer service, telecalling, reception, sales, or booking coordination.

● Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
