We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer – PMC (Redevelopment Projects) | Mumbai

Are you a Civil Engineer with hands-on site experience and an interest in redevelopment projects? We’re looking for someone who can bridge site execution, documentation and coordination within a PMC environment.

📍 Location: Borivali, Mumbai (Site + Office Role)

🕒 Experience: 1–5 Years

🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

🔍 Role Highlights

• Site supervision & construction progress monitoring
• Quality checks as per approved drawings
• Coordination with developers, contractors & site teams
• Preparation of progress reports & milestone tracking
• Technical review of plans and execution
• Understanding of key redevelopment documents
• Assisting in *tender documentation preparation* for society redevelopment projects

🧠 Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of construction & site execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Exposure to tender documentation (preferred)
• Good reporting & coordination skills
• Practical, problem-solving approach
