Role Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service at all contact points within the cinema (Ticketing, Ushering, and F&B).
Key Responsibilities:
Sell tickets at the box office.
Sell F&B products at concession counters and during movie breaks (Service on Seat).
Maintain swift processing of orders and ensure timely service in auditoriums during breaks.
Follow and uphold safety, hygiene, and food safety guidelines.
Handle cash reconciliation accurately.
Report challenges promptly to the Patron Delight Officers.
Adhere to equipment handling and sanitization policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18–25 years
Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Languages: English, Hindi, and the local language
Experience: Fresher-friendly
