Sales Manager – Silicon Antifoams, Surfactants and Release Agents (Pan India)


Location: Pan India

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) with or without MBA


Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of Silicon Antifoams and specialty chemical products across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in institutional sales within the chemical and process industries and possess excellent technical and commercial acumen.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets
  • Develop and expand sales of Silicon Antifoams and related specialty chemical products across India.
  • Manage key accounts and establish relationships with customers in chemical and process industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research, competition mapping, and industry analysis.
  • Develop new product applications and support product development initiatives based on customer requirements.
  • Set sales targets, prepare sales forecasts, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to provide application support and solutions.
  • Travel extensively across India for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion activities.

Candidate Profile:

  • 8–12 years of experience in institutional sales of chemicals or specialty chemicals.
  • Proven experience in selling products such as antifoams, additives, polymers, resins, amines, silicone oils, or related specialty chemicals.
  • Strong network within chemical, process, and manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven professional with the ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.


Preferred Industries:

Specialty Chemicals, Industrial Chemicals, Process Industries, Water Treatment, Paints & Coatings, Paper, Textile, Agrochemicals, Petrochemicals, and related sectors.
