Job Responsibilities

Prepare and cook continental dishes as per company recipes and standards.

Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

Oversee daily kitchen operations within the continental section.

Maintain food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for inventory management.

Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Ensure timely food preparation and smooth coordination with service teams.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Continental Kitchen operations.

Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, food preparation techniques, and plating.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
