Our cuisine brings together French techniques, Mediterranean influences, and local ingredients, with a focus on showcasing produce in its truest form. Through thoughtful flavour combinations, contrasting textures, and an experimental approach to cooking, we aim to create food that is expressive, intriguing, and memorable.

Beyond the plate, Cassis is a space for culinary exploration and intimate supper clubs, where food becomes an experience and every dish tells a story.

The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and curious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Someone who takes pride in their craft, respects ingredients, and is excited to explore new ideas while maintaining consistency, precision, and attention to detail.

• What You’ll DoTake ownership of your assigned section and ensure smooth, consistent kitchen operations.
• Execute dishes with precision, focusing on flavour, texture, presentation, and balance.
• Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team on menu development, experimentation, and new ideas.
• Handle seasonal produce with care, ensuring quality, minimal waste, and maximum flavour.
• Maintain high standards of mise en place, hygiene, organisation, and food safety.
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of our supper clubs and special dining experiences.
• Stay curious, open-minded, and engaged with evolving culinary techniques and ingredients.
• What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a Chef de Partie or equivalent role.
• A strong foundation in cooking techniques and kitchen fundamentals.
• An interest in French cuisine, Mediterranean flavours, seasonal produce, and contemporary cooking.
• A keen understanding of flavour pairing, texture, and presentation.
• Good organisational skills, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for creative expression through food.
