Your primary responsibility is to resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive experience. Job Specification:
* Minimum qualification required is HSC pass.
* Candidates must have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Basic knowledge about computers and MS Office & Excel.
