Job Description
- Attend service calls for CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain surveillance and security systems.
- Perform electrical wiring, cable laying, termination, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and repair faults in cameras, power supplies, electrical panels, and networking equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks of installed systems.
- Install and maintain electrical fixtures, switches, MCBs, power supplies, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper operation of UPS, batteries, and backup power systems.
- Troubleshoot IP camera connectivity and network-related issues.
- Maintain service reports, inspection records, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with clients and provide timely technical support.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards during site work.
