Position: ELV Technician

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ELV Technician to support the installation,

testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV systems at client sites in

Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, commission, troubleshooting and attend service call ELV systems at project sites or clint location.
• Perform cable laying, termination, dressing, tagging, and testing.
• Read and understand basic technical drawings and system layouts.
• Troubleshoot ELV equipment, cabling, and connectivity-related issues.
• Assist Project Engineers in day-to-day site execution activities.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.
• Ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and company standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, contractors, and other technicians.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials required for site activities.
• Prepare basic site reports and update the Project Engineer regarding work progress.
• Follow all site safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.

ELV Systems Exposure:

Experience in any of the following systems will be preferred:

• CCTV & Surveillance Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Public Address Systems
• Intercom / EPABX Systems
• Structured Cabling
• Networking
• Time Attendance Systems
• Intrusion Alarm Systems
• Other ELV / Security Systems

Required Skills:

• Good hands-on knowledge of ELV installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cable termination and testing.
• Ability to understand basic drawings and layouts.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at client/project sites.
• Team player with good discipline and work attitude.
• Willingness to work according to project/site requirements.

Eligibility:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a

related technical field.

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant ELV experience.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in ELV installation and commissioning will be

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
