Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented Team Members to join Good Flippin’ Burgers. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Assist in preparing burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items as per company standards.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, counters, and equipment.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and replenishment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th pass preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
