Job Title: Business Manager/ ASM / RSM /BM ( Sales & Distribution)
Reports to: CEO/Director
Location: Mumbai HO / Pan India
The role is responsible for driving the overall P&L, business growth, strategy, and PAN-India expansion of the companys loan products (e.g., Secured MSME, LAP, personal Loan). The role involves setting up and driving high-velocity sales targets, developing robust channel partner networks (DSA, IFAs), and ensuring compliance.
