Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to drive sales and expand the market presence of our brands, Exotic Vanilla and NaturKraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through calls, emails, and field visits.
- Develop B2B relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, bakeries, hotels, and other potential clients.
- Promote products, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution networks.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on orders and payments.
- Conduct market research and maintain daily sales reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, and CRM).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
