Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities:

• Handle and direct the Inside Sales and Operations teams to achieve business targets
• Increase the value of existing customers while acquiring new clients
• Identify, develop, and penetrate new markets to improve sales and revenue
• Attend and lead sales and operations meetings; ensure action points are executed
• Train, mentor, and guide team members for performance improvement
• Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, markets, and customer needs
• Arrange and participate in business meetings with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate records of operations, sales, revenue, MIS, CRM reports, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate accurate and timely quotations
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution effectively
