Job Title: Operations Manager (Technical Services & Installations)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage installation and service operations across various technical and security systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of products such as CCTV, FAS (Fire Alarm Systems), SAS (Security Alarm Systems), Access Control Systems, and other security devices. The role requires managing a large field team, ensuring smooth execution of installation and service activities, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective coordination.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end operations for installation and servicing of:

  • CCTV Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
  • Security Alarm Systems (SAS)
  • Access Control Systems
  • Other security and surveillance devices
  • Handle project planning, execution, and timely delivery of installation work across different industry sectors.
  • Supervise and manage a team of at least 150–160 field staff and technicians.
  • Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance during installations and servicing.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings, provide project updates, and manage escalations professionally.
  • Monitor daily operations, track performance, and generate operational reports.
  • Resolve operational issues, escalations, and technical challenges efficiently.
  • Ensure proper training and development of team members.
  • Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment required for operations.
  • Required Skills & Knowledge:Strong technical knowledge of:

  • CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting
  • Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
  • Security Alarm Systems (SAS)
  • Access Control Systems
  • Other security devices
  • Experience handling installation and service operations across multiple industries.
  • Strong experience in client coordination, stakeholder management, and customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams (150+ members).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
  • Preferred Experience:2-15 years of experience in technical services, installations, or security systems operations.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and client-facing operations.
  • Exposure to enterprise, industrial, commercial, and government sector projects is preferred.
