Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build strong relationships with interior designers, and drive business growth through effective client engagement and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Source interior designers via data and calls; arrange one-on-one meetings and generate leads.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Generate and qualify leads; coordinate with the sales team and follow up for conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, ensuring requirements are met and gaps are addressed.
• Develop strong relationships with clients across Pan India.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,or a related field (MBA Freshers are welcome)
• 3-4 Years Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Should be target-driven, and results-oriented
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
