Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and contracts with clients.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.


Required Skills:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).


Preferred Qualities:


Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
