# Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager


**Location:** Andheri West, Mumbai

**Employment Type:** Full-time


## About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Real Estate Sales Manager** to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Mumbai real estate market. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in residential and/or commercial real estate sales.


## Key Responsibilities


* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

* Generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, and networking.

* Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert prospects into buyers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

* Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM.

* Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis for management.

* Coordinate with marketing, legal, and customer relationship teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

* Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies throughout the sales process.

* Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as required.


## Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

* Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, especially the Western suburbs.

* Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate documentation.
