Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other marketing activities.
- Contact prospective students and provide detailed information about courses and programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and educational programs.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Convert inquiries into admissions while achieving assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional events, seminars, webinars, and educational fairs.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated with competitors' offerings and market trends.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
