Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other marketing activities.
  • Contact prospective students and provide detailed information about courses and programs.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and educational programs.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions while achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth enrollment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in promotional events, seminars, webinars, and educational fairs.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated with competitors' offerings and market trends.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or a related field.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
