Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting property options, and converting prospects into successful sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their property investment and purchase requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property inventory, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer support.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
