About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development / Sales professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new clients and build strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through calling, references, networking and other sales activities.
- Open Demat & Trading Accounts and achieve acquisition targets.
- Explain and promote investment and trading products to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products and services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and support relationship building.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue and business targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.
- Contribute towards overall revenue generation through sales activities.
