Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position Details – Business development Executive

Handle inbound and outbound communication with prospects for IT products and services, including demos, queries, and requirement discussions

Understand client needs and coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to propose suitable IT solutions

Manage end-to-end sales tasks including lead tracking, task allocation, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM/task management tools

Maintain strong client communication through regular follow-ups to drive conversions and build long-term relationships

Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline reports, and ensure adherence to sales processes and timelines
