Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Role & Responsibilities : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to visit retail businesses, conduct professional presentations, and onboard them as authorized vendors and partners of Metro Cardz.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Visit retail businesses such as:

Stationary

Xerox Centers,

Gifting Ctrs,

Gifting Companies.

✅ Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations.

✅ Explain the benefits of Metro Cardz membership and vendor partnership.

✅ Generate leads and schedule business meetings.

✅ Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.

✅ Convert prospects into Metro Cardz vendors and business partners.

✅ Maintain relationships with existing vendors and help them maximize customer engagement.

✅ Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and sales targets.

✅ Submit daily visit reports and business updates.

Skills Required :

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of retail marketing and customer loyalty programs.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Retail Sales, or FMCG.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
