Business Development Executive (BDE)

LabEasy® India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for field sales and business development. The candidate will visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers to promote LabEasy® services and build strong business partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, labs, and diagnostic centers as per assigned area.
2. Promote LabEasy® services, including Allergy & Food Intolerance Testing, Routine Tests, and Health Checkup Packages.
3. Build and maintain good relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.
4. Follow up with potential and existing partners for business opportunities.
5. Explain service benefits, pricing, sample collection process, and report timelines.
6. Update visit details, client remarks, and follow-up status in CRM.
7. Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding, sample collection, and service support.
8. Submit daily visit and follow-up updates to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and healthcare partner meetings.
• Basic mobile/CRM knowledge.
• Polite, professional, and punctual.
• Healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, pathology, or medical sales experience will be preferred.
